September 14, 2006, Mt.Elbrus Speed Climb takes place.

The Glaciated peak of Mt Elbrus 5642 is located 12 KM north of the main chain of the Caucasian Mountains.

The Starting point of the race is from the Bochi huts (Barrels) at 3708 meters which are situated at the top of the chairlift line.
The Qualifying speed race is from Barrels hut 3708 to the Pastukov rocks, 4800.

Application form should be sent by e-mail to the Race working group up to September 6, 2006.

Up to September 12, 2006 the application will be accepted by the Race working group with your personal visit to Barrels huts, or at a hotel in Terskol village (information will be precised).
Registration fee on participation for the main and the qualifying races is EURO 50.
